Kevin grew up in Saint Louis and attended Catholic schools and the University of Missouri-Columbia where he studied Economics
Kevin began his second generation insurance career right out of college in 1985 with Mutual Benefit Life in Annapolis, Maryland as a Group Sales Rep, and worked along with his brother Sean Lynch in Annapolis. Kevin’s Dad Bill Lynch was regional Director of Mutual Benefit Life running the Midwest region. In 1996, Kevin moved to Philadelphia, PA with MBL where he continued as a top Group Sales Manager.
In 1990, Kevin moved to Chicago, after being recruited by Reliance Standard Life and in 1992 joined with North American Life of Canada and continued to enjoy success.
In 1994, Kevin changed his insurance career path from “wholesale” group sales, to “retail” Group Sales as a Broker, as he joined JMB Insurance Agency in Chicago, Illinois. Kevin was licensed to sell all insurance coverages, and he completed his Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) designation while helping JMB Insurance Agency to manage coverage for 32,000 employee lives and their dependents.
In 1996, Kevin moved home to Saint Louis for an opportunity to create a new agency, Longrow Insurance Services, with partners, and in 1997, he left Longrow to establish Kevin Lynch Insurance Services, offering all Life Accident and Health insurance plans.
Kevin completed his Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) designation in 2003, and continued to build a great business. In 2013, Kevin joined his practice to the Charles L. Crane Agency, and he began to offer all lines of insurance coverage to his group and individual clients and prospects.
Kevin is married to his lovely wife Susan and has two teenage children.
